We are happy to know that you are interested in our facility and even more excited if your family decides to join our PJA family. 

 

Attached below are the forms you’ll need to enroll your child(ren).  If you can not print , A packet will be provided for you at our location. 

 

Registration is $100 PER CHILD (Non-Refundable) annually for active students. Furthermore, if you forfeit your spot for any reason and want to re-enroll your child a $100 registration fee must be paid for a new enrollment. Please note registration and weekly tuition must be paid in full before your child(ren) can start care. 

 

In addition, the childcare rate sheet attached is a WEEKLY rate. Childcare weekly tuition is due the Friday before services start and will be due each Friday to continue enrollment. If fees arent paid by Wednesday, your childcare spot will be lost. There are no credits or reductions for this program closures, vacations, holidays, declared of state emergencies or absences. Tuition is still due every Friday! 

 

Please don’t forget to bring the child’s birth certificate, the original physical, the original immunization, and a valid ID with the forms below.

 

If you receive Early Learning Coalition, please contact your case manager to request PJA as your placement. If you are transferring, please make sure all balances are paid in full at your previous provider or ELC will not transfer you.
